Sunday drop-off is preferred, Noon to 6:00 PM, with complimentary hay and water. Monday drop-off is accepted until 9:00 AM. Ads go out 2+ weeks before each sale, so the sooner you consign, the more exposure your cattle get.

SIMPLE PROCESS
How Consigning Works
1. Call or Fill Out the Form
Call (320) 468-2514 or send us your consignment details: class, number of head, weight and condition. We'll call back to confirm your spot.
2. Haul In
Sunday drop-off is preferred, Noon to 6:00 PM, with complimentary hay and water. Monday morning drop-off is accepted until 9:00 AM. Our crew handles the rest.
3. Sorted & Weighed
Your cattle are weighed, sorted by class and assigned to a lot, then presented to buyers in the ring and online.
4. You Get Paid
After the sale, checks are issued promptly with a full settlement showing weights and prices per head.
Consignment Requirements
To help us plan your lot and give your cattle the best presentation in the ring, please have the following ready when you call:
• Number of head and class (feeders, fats, yearlings, cows, bulls, pairs, calves, or other)
• Approximate weight range
• Breed and approximate age
• Vaccination history and health records
• Brand inspection, if required by your state
• All USDA-required documentation
Ads go out 2+ weeks before each sale. The sooner you consign, the more exposure your cattle get.
